Using the Privacy Portal

Open the account menu in CreeperPanel, choose Profile, then GDPR to reach the Privacy Portal.

Request a copy of your account data

If the page says you can request access, select Request Access. A successful request downloads a PDF named GDPR-SAR.pdf. Keep the file somewhere private, as it contains information about your account.

If the request is unavailable or fails, use Support for help.

Request erasure

Read the eligibility message before choosing Request Erasure. The panel disables this option while active services prevent an online erasure request.

To end a hosting service, follow the cancellation guide first. Contact support if you need help with an erasure request that the page cannot submit.
