At CreeperHost, we provide 24/7 live support for all our server hosting services. Whether you're running a Minecraft server, a modpack, or another game or service we support, help is always only a message away. You can reach us through our official Discord server, MineTogether, or directly through the CreeperPanel, our powerful and easy-to-use control panel.
Cancelling your Service
Once a cancellation request has been inputted, you will no longer be able to request a refund.
Discord Live Chat Support
To communicate with the CreeperHost team via Discord, you will need both a Discord account, and a MineTogether account, which will need to be linked, along with your CreeperHost account. Our guides to creating and linking your MineTogether account can be found HERE.
The Refund Process
Whilst CreeperHost takes the utmost pride and care in what we do, there is still a small chance that something may happen which leads you wanting to request a refund - for example excessive downtime or running issues. In the rare event that you would like to request a refund, we have kept the process as simple as possible.
