Discord Live Chat Support

To communicate with the CreeperHost team via Discord, you will need both a Discord account, and a MineTogether account, which will need to be linked, along with your CreeperHost account. Our guides to creating and linking your MineTogether account can be found HERE.

We've made it easy for you to get help with your server whilst you continue to play. Our MineTogether Discord channel isn't just a great place to connect with other players, it's also the best way to get support for every-day issues with your service. Once you've got both your Discord and MineTogether accounts set up and linked, you can get started:

  1. Now your accounts are linked, you will need to join the MineTogether Discord channel.

CreeperHost Discord Support

  1. In Discord, navigate to the MineTogether channel in your sidebar.
  2. Under CreeperHost, you will see a tab labelled support. Select it.
  3. In the chat, you will see a button labelled New Chat. Click the button.

This will now open a new window between yourself and the CreeperHost support staff. One of the support team will answer your query as quick as they can.

If support are unable to guide you through the issue you are facing over Discord, you may be required to log in to the CreeperPanel, and submit a ticket through the support system.
