Discord Live Chat Support
Get help with your server while you keep playing. Link your Discord account directly from CreeperPanel, then start a private chat with our support team.
You need a Discord account and a CreeperHost account with an active service. Sign in to CreeperPanel before linking Discord.
Start a support chat
- Sign in to CreeperPanel, select your server and open Overview.
- Select Discord Community. You can also choose Chat on Discord from the support wizard.
- Follow Discord's authorisation prompt, using the Discord account you want to chat from. This links it to your signed-in CreeperHost account.
- Join or open the Discord server reached afterwards, then open support under CreeperHost.
- Select New Chat, then follow the link to your private support room.
If you cannot see the CreeperHost support section after linking, run /update-me in Discord to refresh your customer role.
If nobody is available on Discord, open a ticket through CreeperPanel. The team may also ask you to continue in a ticket if your issue needs more investigation.
Chat in your own language
Use Choose your language in your private support chat to turn on automatic translation. Your messages are translated into English for our team, and our replies into your chosen language. Both versions stay in the chat. Choose English to turn translation off.
