Yes, Ask Theo is available on Premium and Pro services where the feature is enabled. Theo lives inside CreeperPanel and can check live server state, logs, crashes, backups, players, performance, and what the panel is showing so you are not stuck guessing from a single error line.

Only carefully. Theo can prepare certain safe panel actions, but service-changing work needs a clear approval from you first. If the request is unclear, risky, outside his tools, or better handled by the panel or support, he should explain that and hand you to the right place.

No. Theo is built for CreeperPanel, CreeperHost services, and our support team. He is useful because he can check what the server and panel are showing, then explain or prepare the next safe step instead of guessing from stale chat history.

When your server starts, Turbo Start gives it a big temporary CPU boost for up to 15 minutes, using spare power on the machine. Worldgen, modpack loading, and heavy startup moments get a shove in the right direction. It is automatic and available once per hour.

Absolutely. Modded Minecraft is in our bones, but Premium is not Minecraft-only. You can install, update, and customise supported games, manage files and configs, and use panel tools built around real server problems rather than generic hosting checkboxes.

CreeperPanel gives you tools for players, files, logs, crash reports, backups, schedules, and diagnostics. For Minecraft, that includes deeper player and modded-server tools. For other supported games, the panel still gives you the practical controls you need to keep the server moving.

Yep. Premium servers can be moved for free up to 3 times a month from your dashboard. Use our location tools to find the best route for your group, then move when another region makes more sense.

Yes. We do not roll RAM and Bonus Memory into one fake headline number. Your plan shows the real RAM, CPU, storage, and Bonus Memory separately, because you should know what you are actually buying.
