Sharing your server bill with Playments

Playments lets friends and community members contribute towards your CreeperHost bill. Share your Playments link and keep track of contributions in CreeperPanel.

Customise your contribution page

Open the account menu and select Profile → Name and Address.

Under Additional Information, you can change:

• Playments Name: the name shown to contributors. If blank, it uses your account's first name.
• Playments Custom Field: the prompt for the contributor's message, such as a Minecraft username. If blank, it uses Message.
• Playments Callback URL: optional notifications for your own payment integration. Leave this blank unless you have set one up.

Save your changes before leaving the page.

Share your general Playments link

Open Playments in the account navigation, or find it using navigation search.

Copy the URL displayed at the top and share it with your community. Latest Playments shows the date, total, contributor data, fees and transaction ID for received contributions. The listed fees come from payment gateways; CreeperHost does not take a cut of donations to your service bill.

Share a particular invoice

Open Invoices from the account menu, or use Profile → Invoices.

Find the unpaid invoice and select View. The invoice now opens inside CreeperPanel, where you can check the amount due and any existing transactions.

Select Pay invoice to open payment options.

If Playments (ClanPay) is offered under Payment type, select it and use Share the bill with Playments in the payment form.

Copy the resulting invoice-specific Playments URL to share that bill. Use the payment types actually offered for the invoice; if Playments is missing or the form cannot open, contact support.

Check the invoice balance after contributions arrive. Available account credit can also be applied directly on an unpaid invoice.
