Getting help from Ask Theo
Ask Theo is CreeperPanel's service assistant. On an eligible Premium service, it can help investigate your server, logs and crash reports and guide you through changes. Sign in as the account owner, select the server you need help with, then open Ask Theo.
Start a conversation
- Review and accept the AI policy if prompted. You can choose Not now and use ordinary Support instead.
- Wait for the connection to be ready.
- Describe what is happening, the affected game or instance, and what you expected to happen. Include an error message or the time of the problem if you have one.
- Read Theo's response and answer any follow-up choices.
For example: “Our Minecraft server stops during startup after we added a mod. Can you check the latest crash?” is more useful than “It's broken”. Check the selected service before asking Theo to change anything.
Review proposed actions
Theo may show a choice or ask you to approve an action. Read the proposed change and its target, then use the offered approval, cancellation or alternative buttons. If you are unsure, ask for an explanation before approving.
Theo is still learning and can misunderstand a request. Keep a backup before a change that could affect a world you want to retain. If Theo prepares a download, follow the offered download action; your browser may need to allow the new tab.
Connection, language and usage
The header shows Theo's connection status. Use Reconnect Theo if the connection has stopped working. A usage indicator appears when usage information is available; open its details to see the current allowance and reset time.
Theo uses your selected panel language. See Languages and translation to change it.
Bring in the support team
If you need a person or Theo cannot resolve the issue, open Support and explain what happened and what you have already tried. Include relevant messages and results so you do not have to start the investigation from scratch.
