Managing Legacy Storage

Legacy Storage is an existing paid subscription that stores a whole VPS disk image. It was previously called Cold Storage. It is separate from the free, expiring game backups on Saved Worlds.

Sign in as the account owner. If your account has Legacy Storage, use Manage Legacy Storage on Home to see the subscription, monthly storage charge and available actions.

Restore a stored server

1. Check the stored product and the monthly price shown for restoring it.
2. Select Restore server.
3. Review the confirmation and continue if the product and price are right.
4. Wait for Restoration in progress or the preparation message, then return to your server when setup completes.

If no restore price is available, contact support. If a request times out or its result is unclear, use Refresh status before trying again.

Cancel Legacy Storage

1. Select Cancel Legacy Storage beside the correct subscription.
2. Read the end date and deletion warning in the confirmation.
3. Confirm only when you no longer need the stored disk image.
4. Check that the page shows Cancellation pending and the date storage ends.

The whole VPS disk image is permanently deleted when the subscription ends. Storage billing ends with that billing period. Separate free Saved Worlds backups are unaffected, but still have their own expiry dates.

If online cancellation is unavailable, use Contact support. A storage restore or cancellation already in progress may disable further actions while its status is being checked.
