Managing your account details

Open the account menu in CreeperPanel and choose Profile to manage your details, billing preferences and security. Account-wide billing controls are intended for the account owner.

Name and address

1. Select Name and Address.
2. Edit the details you need to change. Selecting an address field opens the address search.
3. Search for your address and select the matching result. If it is missing, choose My address isn't listed and enter it yourself.
4. Review the completed fields and select Update.

The Additional Information section also contains your Playments preferences. Save changes before leaving the page.

Payment cards

Open Payment Methods to see saved cards and which one is marked Default.

• Select Add Card and complete the payment form to add a card.
• Select Set as default beside an existing card to use it as your default payment method.
• Check the updated status after making a change.

For help removing a saved card, contact support. To pay a particular bill or download a receipt, open Invoices.

Password, avatar and email preferences

Use Password to change your sign-in password. Avatar opens Gravatar, where your account image is managed.

Open Marketing, then Manage Marketing Emails, to subscribe or unsubscribe through the mailing list page. Your Privacy Portal is a separate place to request account data or erasure.
