Navigating the CreeperPanel
The CreeperPanel may look daunting, but we have made it as user-friendly as possible. Here, we will show you the basic layout of the Panel, as well as show you where everything you will need is located. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the landing page.
Below, you can see the Panel's layout:
- Service Selection: Should you have more than one service, this is where you can select which one to use. It will show your service name, service ID, and location. This will always be present.
- Account options, server notifications, and the Support button. This will always be present.
- Games & Software: This is where you can view and manage your existing instances, as well as add new ones.
- Service Settings: You can find general server settings here, from access control, to sub accounts; even resizing your service is found here.
- VPS Status: Gives a quick overview of your service status and used resources. If you click this panel, you can view more in-depth information on your service, such as running processes and detailed resource usage.

Helpful Terminology
As you navigate the CreeperPanel, as well as peruse the wiki pages for help, you may come across certain words or phrases that you have not seen before. Below is a list of the most common phrases you may find
- Instance(s): An instance is similar to a profile, in that it allows you to create multiple servers for a game. By using multiple instances, you are able to easily swap between different game versions, maps, or mod pack
- Sub-menu: Sometimes during your use of the Panel, you may need to submit a support ticket. You may be asked to use the sub-menu: this is the small menu to the left side of the console window that is present after clicking on an instance or game.
