Partner commission and payouts
Partner accounts can open Profile → Commission to review their promotion, referral earnings and payout options. Your selected promotion and partnership agreement determine how commission is earned.
Check your promotion and earnings
The page shows your referral URL, the customer discount and your reward. Recurring Commission appears where your partnership includes it. The transaction list shows referral IDs, amounts, dates and statuses; distinguish pending earnings from cleared funds when checking what you can withdraw.
Use Switch Promotion to review the available promotion choices. Select the option you want, submit it, then check that Your current promotion has updated.
Read the balance cap and minimum payout shown on the page. New referrals stop earning commission while the combined cleared and pending balance is at the displayed cap, so keep track of it as your community grows.
Request a payout
- Check that your balance meets the displayed minimum and that your account details are correct.
- Select Withdraw.
- Read and confirm the withdrawal prompt.
- Complete the Tremendous payout checkout that opens in a new tab.
Payouts are issued through Tremendous in GBP. Its checkout offers the other currencies it supports. Allow the payout tab when your browser asks; a blocked tab can prevent checkout from opening.
If the request is pending or the result is unclear, follow the message shown instead of repeatedly requesting another payout. Contact your partnership support contact if it remains unresolved.
