Reading Minecraft crash reports
If your Minecraft instance crashes, select it in CreeperPanel and open Crashes. The list shows unhandled reports with their date and type. Select View beside the report for the crash you are investigating.
Read the explanation and report
Where an explanation is available, Theo summarises the likely cause above the original crash report. Use that explanation as a starting point, then check it against what changed recently: a new mod, an update or a particular action in the world.
If a mod is identified, the page may offer Disable followed by its filename. Stop the instance and take a backup before using it. Removing a mod from a world can affect its blocks, items and other content. Restart afterwards and check whether the problem is resolved.
You can also manage the mod from the Mods page, which is useful if you need to check its version or dependencies first.
Mark a report as fixed
Once you have tested the fix, choose Mark Fixed to remove that report from the unhandled list. This records that you have dealt with the report; it does not repair the server or change its configuration.
No report listed? Some startup failures do not produce a Minecraft crash report. Check the Console for the last error instead.
The report view includes a support link. If you need help, include which instance is affected and what happened just before the crash.
