Theo can check live server state, explain what he finds, look at what the panel is showing, and prepare safe panel actions for you to approve. He is there to help you get from "something feels wrong" to useful evidence and a sensible next step.
No. Theo can check the facts, explain issues, and help prepare support tickets, but real CreeperHost people remain responsible for support. If something needs human judgement, account help, billing decisions, or a careful look from the team, Theo should hand that work over instead of pretending to be magic.
Customer-facing AI at CreeperHost is built to be local-first and CreeperHost-controlled. Theo is designed to gather facts, explain technical detail, and prepare safe next steps, not make serious account, billing, abuse, refund, or cancellation decisions on his own.

If the service is not right for you in the first 72 hours, you can ask for a full refund. After that, unused time can be refunded for up to 28 days, and beyond that we can usually help with account credit where it makes sense. Fixed-term services are handled pro-rata.
