Adding Resource/ Behaviour Packs to your server
Before adding or removing resource/ behaviour packs, ensure your server is switched OFF to prevent data loss/corruption.
Before adding resource or behaviour packs to your server, you'll need to create a local world in Bedrock Edition with the packs you wish to upload enabled. To get started:
-
Using the Minecraft launcher, start Bedrock Edition, find the resource/ behaviour packs you wish to use and download them to your PC.
-
Once you have installed the required packs(s), create a new world in Bedrock Edition, then close the game.
-
Next, open your file explorer on your PC, and navigate to
C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\Minecraft Bedrock\Users\YourMinecraftUserID\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds, replacingYourUsernamewith your local account name.YourMinecraftUserIDwill instead be a numerical string unique to each user on your PC. -
Inside the
minecraftWorldsdirectory, you will see your world save folder(s). Open the folder of the world you have just created; if it isn't clear which world you will need, check its timestamp in the explorer window.

- From the available files and folders, select the
behaviour_packsandresource_packsfolders along with theworld_behaviour_packs.json,world_behaviour_pack_history.json,world_resource_pack.jsonandworld_resource_packs_history.jsonfiles. Right-click one of the highlighted files. - Select
Compress to.... - Select
ZIP File.
Please note that you may not be able to locate world_behaviour_pack_history.json or world_resource_packs_history.json; it's not a problem if you're unable to locate them.

Now your resource/ behaviour packs are prepared, log in to the CreeperPanel if you haven't already. Next:
- Navigate to your
Minecraft: Bedrock Editioninstallation under theGames & Softwaretab. - Select
Files, found underSettingson the instance's submenu. - Select the
worldsdirectory to open it. - Select the world folder you wish to add the resource/ behaviour packs to; in this example, the world folder is called
My World- your world name may differ.

- Locate the
.ZIParchive you created earlier, and select the file. - Drag and drop the archive into the open directory on the CreeperPanel to upload it.

- Right click the newly uploaded archive.
- Select
Extract.

- The CreeperPanel will open an internal pop-up; select
Extractto extract the files directly to your world folder.

- You should now see your extracted files and folders in your world directory; it should look like the example below.

That's it - you've uploaded and prepared your resource packs; your instance should now have the packs enabled. Feel free to restart your server!
