CreeperHost Partner Agreement

(For Subsidised Services and Partner Programme Participation)
Version 1.1
Last Updated: 24 November 2025

This agreement applies to any partner receiving subsidised or discounted hosting services from CreeperHost Ltd.

It works alongside your existing obligations under the publicly posted Terms of Service and Policies. Where this agreement does not state otherwise, the Terms of Service and Policies continue to apply in full.

Our goal is to provide support, stability, and clarity while keeping everything as simple and friendly as possible. This is a collaborative arrangement built on good faith, respect, and shared community values.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of this agreement:

"Subsidised Services" means hosting, infrastructure, discounts, or benefits provided at reduced or zero cost through the Partner Programme.

"Partner Profile" means the contact information, attribution links, billing profile details, and identity verification information stored in the CreeperHost panel.

"Partner Links" means any referral URLs, tracking codes, attributions, or promotional assets provided by CreeperHost for use in the Partner Programme.

Where these definitions differ from the Terms of Service, this agreement controls only in relation to Subsidised Services.

2. Purpose of This Agreement

This agreement exists to:

  • Set expectations between CreeperHost and the partner.
  • Ensure subsidised services are used for clear and suitable purposes.
  • Make sure identity, contact, and content information remains accurate.
  • Promote clear communication and smooth operating partnerships.
  • Give both sides a friendly, predictable structure instead of surprises.
  • Provide a way for both sides to pause or end the partnership responsibly.

3. Relationship With Our Terms and Policies

This agreement is supplemental to the following documents:

  • CreeperHost Terms of Service
  • CreeperHost Privacy Policy
  • CreeperHost Acceptable Use Policy
  • Any relevant game or service specific policies

Where Subsidised Services are provided, the terms in this agreement apply first.
Where this agreement is silent, the Terms of Service apply.

4. Good Faith

Both parties agree to act in good faith.
This includes communicating honestly, replying reasonably, and making genuine efforts to resolve issues, avoid misunderstandings, and maintain a positive and respectful working relationship.

5. Eligibility and Verification

To receive subsidised hosting, partners must complete identity verification through CreeperHost's third party provider (currently Stripe). This process is used solely to confirm that the partner is over 18 and is who they claim to be.

CreeperHost does not directly store or collect copies of identity documents. Verification is handled securely by the third party provider under their own privacy and compliance framework.

Partners agree to:

  • Complete identity verification using Stripe's identity verification system as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date Partner Profile information within the CreeperHost panel.
  • Ensure that contact details remain current, including legal name, contact email, and billing profile.

If verification is not completed or cannot be completed when requested, CreeperHost may pause or withdraw subsidised hosting. There is no fee or penalty for this.

6. Communication and Responsiveness

We do not require constant contact, daily check-ins, or ongoing conversations.

However, to keep the partnership running smoothly (especially during time-sensitive events such as marketing pushes, flash sales, server migrations, or technical changes), partners agree to maintain reasonably prompt communication.

Partners agree to:

  • Respond to messages within a reasonable period (normally 3-5 days).
  • Let us know if they expect to be unavailable for longer periods.
  • Keep contact methods (Discord, email, and billing profile details) current and checked.
  • Reply sooner where a request is time-sensitive (for example, sales announcements, launch events, or promotional content).
  • Notify us if communication delays are likely so we can plan around them.

CreeperHost will always communicate in good faith and will not take action without warning. We will always request clarification before taking any material action that affects subsidised hosting.

7. Use of Subsidised Hosting

Subsidised services are provided solely for the partner's project(s) as described during the application or review process.

Partners agree that:

  • Hosting is not transferable to other unrelated projects.
  • Hosting is not to be resold or monetised beyond normal content creation.
  • Hosting volumes may be right sized to reflect real usage.
  • Highly resource intensive projects may require a custom review.
  • Servers left unused for extended periods may be paused after discussion.

Internal Service Migrations (CreeperHost Operations)

CreeperHost may migrate, relocate, or reassign a partner's service between hardware nodes, datacentres, clusters, or regions for operational reasons, including:

  • Load balancing
  • Hardware refresh or maintenance
  • Stability, redundancy, or recovery
  • Capacity management
  • Performance improvements

These internal operational moves:

  • Do not count as a transfer under this agreement.
  • Do not change ownership or purpose of the service.
  • Do not require partner approval.

There are no penalties or back charges for inactivity.
If the service is unused, we simply pause or end it.

8. Referral Links and Attribution

If referral linking is enabled, partners agree to maintain suitable attributions such as:

  • CreeperHost branding where appropriate.
  • Referral URLs or partner links in relevant content (video descriptions, streams, docs, modpack pages, project sites).
  • Accurate representation of their partnership status.

If a partner stops using our hosting, these links must be removed or updated to avoid referrals where subsidised services are no longer being used.

9. Pausing or Ending the Partnership

14 Day Mutual Notice

To keep things fair and predictable, either side may end the partnership by giving 14 days notice to the other party.

The 14 day notice period applies equally to both parties unless a shorter period is mutually agreed in writing.

This allows time for:

  • Offboarding hardware or services.
  • Updating partner listings and public pages.
  • Migrating data if needed.

Partners may end the partnership sooner if they request it in writing and we can reasonably accommodate the timeline.

How notice must be given

Notice must be sent by email to:

[email protected]

Notice is considered received when acknowledged by CreeperHost.

CreeperHost may pause or end subsidised services if:

  • The partner project becomes inactive for a long period.
  • The partner requests cancellation or no longer needs the service.
  • There is a repeated lack of communication.
  • Identity or verification information cannot be confirmed when required.
  • Continued hosting becomes technically or financially unworkable.
  • The partner breaches the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Except where urgent action is required for legal, safety, or security reasons, CreeperHost will always honour the 14 day notice period.

10. No Fees, Penalties, or Retroactive Billing

CreeperHost will never:

  • Charge retroactive costs.
  • Issue penalties for inactivity.
  • Back-bill for past usage.
  • Apply hidden charges.

If the partnership is no longer suitable for either party, we simply wind it down.

11. Data Protection

All personal information provided is handled under the Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.

Partners agree to keep their information on their CreeperHost account accurate and up to date, including:

  • Contact details
  • Billing profile
  • Referral metadata
  • Project descriptions
  • Partner Profile information

12. Changes and Updates

We may update this agreement from time to time so it reflects changes in law, policy, or how the partner programme operates.

Changes take effect when published. Updates to this agreement will be communicated on this page only.

Partners agree to review this document periodically to stay informed of any updates.

We will:

  • Provide a "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
  • Encourage partners to review this page occasionally to stay informed.

Continued use of subsidised services after an update confirms acceptance of the revised terms.

If a partner does not agree to the updated terms, they may end the partnership with 14 days notice.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Entire Agreement

This agreement, combined with the publicly posted Terms of Service and Policies, constitutes the full terms governing subsidised partner services.

No verbal or informal assurances alter the meaning of this document.

If this agreement conflicts with the public Terms of Service, the Terms of Service take precedence except where this document explicitly governs subsidised partner services.

15. Severability

If any section of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain fully effective.

TL;DR; (Not Binding)

We want cool people, good vibes, and projects that make the gaming space better.
If you need help, talk to us. If your goals shift, let us know.
If you ever want to stop the partnership, give us 14 days notice.
We will never penalise you or surprise you with charges.
We keep things friendly, transparent, and workable for everyone.

Let's create great things together.
