Your Technological niche server, with the useful bits included.
Host your Technological niche server
Technological niche is a Minecraft 1.12.2 modpack for CreeperHost hosting, built around an extensive blend of technology, magic, and multiplayer play. Running on Forge 14.23.5.2854, it brings together established industrial, energy, storage, automation, exploration, and equipment mods for groups that enjoy building complex bases and developing interconnected systems.
Technology and automation
The pack features major technical names including BuildCraft, IndustrialCraft 2, Immersive Engineering, Mekanism, Ender IO, Thermal Expansion, Applied Energistics 2, Extra Utilities 2, RFTools, and Extreme Reactors. Players can work with machinery, power generation, item storage, transport, processing, and automation across several different mod families.
Draconic Evolution, Draconic Additions, Advanced Solar Panels, Solar Flux Reborn, Gravitation Suite, and Iridium-related additions provide powerful late-stage equipment and energy options. Storage Drawers, Iron Chests, EnderStorage, Flux Networks, and Extra Cells add further ways to organise and move resources around a shared base.
Magic, exploration, and utility
Technological niche is not limited to machines. Baubles, Enchanting Plus, Overchanter, Grimoire of Gaia 3, and LootGames add magical, combat, and progression-focused elements alongside the technical content. Aroma1997’s Dimensional World offers an additional dimension, while JourneyMap, Just Enough Items, Just Enough Resources, and The One Probe help players understand recipes, resources, and their surroundings.
Convenience tools such as Carry On, Mouse Tweaks, Tree Chopper, Crafting Station, and FastWorkbench make everyday building and gathering more manageable. CraftTweaker 2 and TN addons are also included, giving the pack room for customised recipes and pack-specific additions.
CreeperHost tools for modded play
CreeperPanel provides one-click installation for modpacks and updates that preserve your configuration changes. Built-in tools help manage files, mods, settings, players, inventories, worlds, and backups, while also helping diagnose lag when a busy technical base becomes difficult to troubleshoot.
Eligible Premium and Pro services can use Ask Theo to inspect the current panel state and prepare safe next steps for approval. Real support staff remain available, with experience hosting modded communities since 2011.
Reliable server foundations
CreeperHost uses game-server hardware selected for strong native CPU performance and stability. DDoS protection and location choice are included, giving multiplayer communities practical options for protecting and organising their Technological niche world.
Got questions?
Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.
CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.
Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
