Your Galacticraft-Pack server, with the useful bits included.
Host your Galacticraft-Pack server
Host Galacticraft-Pack as a multiplayer server with CreeperHost and give your crew an always-on base for rockets, factories, storage systems, and expeditions across multiple worlds.
- Install the pack in a few clicks and update it without overwriting your configuration changes.
- Keep shared factories running without leaving somebody’s gaming PC switched on.
- Avoid home-hosting slowdowns when players explore new dimensions while machines stay active.
- Manage mods and configs through CreeperPanel rather than digging through server folders.
- Choose Premium for longer-running worlds, growing automation, and regular space travel.
Galacticraft-Pack Overview
Galacticraft-Pack is a Minecraft 1.12.2 Forge pack centred on Galacticraft and its wider addon ecosystem. Its 88 mods combine space exploration with enough engineering to keep a multiplayer group busy between launches.
GalaxySpace, More Planets, and Zollern Galaxy broaden the places your crew can visit. Back at base, Applied Energistics 2, Mekanism, BuildCraft, Ender IO, Thermal Dynamics, and Extreme Reactors support increasingly elaborate power, processing, transport, and storage setups.
That mix gives the server a natural rhythm: build the machinery needed for the next trip, head out together, then return with plans for an even larger base. SGCraft, OpenComputers, Techguns, and SecurityCraft add further options without changing the pack’s technology-and-exploration focus.
Hosting Considerations for Galacticraft-Pack
The listed mod count is relatively modest, but mod count alone does not tell the whole hosting story. Galacticraft addons introduce additional dimensions, while major technology mods encourage chunk loaders, automated processing, item networks, and power systems that may continue ticking when players are elsewhere.
World generation commonly causes short bursts of heavier CPU use, especially when several players head into unexplored areas or different dimensions at once. Established bases can add steady tick load through large pipe networks, storage systems, reactors, and machines. Sensible chunk-loading rules and tidy automation usually matter more than simply adding memory.
Minecraft 1.12.2 Forge servers also tend to benefit from strong single-thread CPU performance. Premium is our usual recommendation when your group plans a long campaign, expects several developed bases, or wants machinery running around the clock. Smaller groups with restrained automation may need less, and you can move up as the world grows.
Before pack updates, keep a world backup and check any custom configuration changes. Addon-heavy packs can be sensitive to removing mods or changing dimension settings after a world has already been explored.
Why Run It with CreeperHost?
Our hybrid VPS platform gives modded Minecraft the native CPU performance it needs when world generation and machine networks compete for attention.
CreeperPanel includes tools for tracking down lag rather than leaving you to guess which dimension, chunk, or machine is causing trouble. On eligible Premium services, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain what it finds, and prepare safe next steps for your approval.
We have hosted large modded communities for over 13 years, and real support staff are available when an old Forge pack decides to become interesting at precisely the wrong moment.
Got questions?
Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.
CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.
Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
