Your Stranded On Earth server, with the useful bits included.

Host your Stranded On Earth server

Host Stranded On Earth as a multiplayer server with CreeperHost and tackle its custom map, altered recipes, and 200+ quests together. Your shared world stays ready between sessions, without somebody leaving a gaming PC running around the clock.

  • Install the correct pack and Forge version in a few clicks.
  • Home hosting becomes awkward when long sessions compete with everyday PC use.
  • Casual hardware can stumble as machines, dimensions, and loaded chunks accumulate.
  • Updates preserve your configuration changes rather than trampling over them.
  • Premium is the sensible choice for an active group planning a full playthrough.

A Hardcore Tech Quest Built for Groups

Stranded On Earth is a map-based Minecraft 1.10.2 pack built around technology, survival pressure, custom crafting, and structured quests. Its 122-mod lineup includes familiar names such as Mekanism, Thermal Expansion, RFTools, ProjectE, Ex Nihilo, Avaritia, and Storage Drawers.

That mix gives a group plenty of room to divide jobs. One player can push quests, another can organise storage, and somebody will inevitably build a machine area that looks perfectly reasonable until the cables escape.

The pack runs on Forge 12.18.3.2422, with Release 1.1 listed as its latest catalogue version. CreeperPanel makes it straightforward to install the intended release rather than piecing together an older Forge setup by hand.

Hosting Considerations for Stranded On Earth

This is lighter than many enormous modern packs, but mod count alone does not determine how a server behaves. Long-running technology worlds usually become busier as automation expands, more chunks remain active, and players spread across dimensions.

Common points to plan for include:

  • CPU performance: Large machine networks, item movement, mob farms, and loaded chunks can increase tick time. Strong single-core performance often matters more than simply assigning more memory.
  • Memory headroom: A fresh world may be modest, while an established server with several active players and dimensions can need more room. Too little memory causes stalls, but excessive allocation can also produce longer garbage-collection pauses.
  • World growth: RFTools Dimensions, The Aether, and The Beneath can add extra world data when explored. Sensible borders and occasional checks for abandoned chunk loaders help keep things tidy.
  • Pack consistency: Older curated packs are sensitive to mismatched mods and configs. Avoid updating individual files unless you know the pack remains compatible, and take a full backup before changing recipes, quests, or Forge components.

For a small group beginning the map, demand may remain fairly manageable. If everyone plays regularly, builds substantial automation, or intends to work through the full quest set, we recommend Premium for stronger performance headroom as the world matures.

Why Run It with CreeperHost?

Our Hybrid VPS platform delivers native CPU performance on hardware selected for modded Minecraft, helping busy machine areas keep ticking smoothly.

If performance starts getting strange, CreeperPanel includes tools for tracking down lag. On eligible Premium and Pro services, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain what it finds, and prepare safe next steps for your approval.

We have spent more than 13 years hosting modded communities, and real support people are available when an old Forge pack decides to remind everyone how old Forge packs behave.

Got questions?

Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.

CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.

Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
