Your Factory Builder server, with the useful bits included.
Host your Factory Builder server
Host Factory Builder as a multiplayer server with CreeperHost and give everyone room to automate, explore, and expand without leaving one player’s computer running all week.
- Premium is our recommended range for growing factories and long-running worlds.
- One-click installation and updates preserve your configuration changes.
- Home hosting can struggle once automation and storage networks spread across the world.
- Casual hosts often depend on one player being online or maintaining the server.
- Built-in diagnostics help track down lag when a factory gets ambitious.
Build, Automate, Expand
Factory Builder is a Forge 1.15.2 pack with 118 mods, centred on technology and large-scale construction with exploration alongside it.
Industrial Foregoing, Silent’s Mechanisms, Thermal, Powah, Bigger Reactors, and Solar Flux Reborn provide plenty of directions for power and production. Refined Storage, Storage Drawers, Integrated Dynamics, and Integrated Tunnels help groups organise increasingly complicated bases. Building Gadgets, Mining Gadgets, and RFTools Builder make larger projects more practical.
There is also a world beyond the factory floor. Ice and Fire, Ruins, Valhelsia Structures, and Progressive Bosses give players reasons to gear up and venture out rather than spending every session watching machines process ore.
A Factory Is Better with a Crew
A shared server lets players divide the work naturally. One person can develop power generation while somebody else builds processing lines, manages storage, grows industrial crops, or heads out searching for structures and materials.
That freedom also makes Factory Builder a good long-term group pack. Early workshops can gradually become connected production sites, and shared storage means discoveries made by one player can feed everyone’s next project.
CreeperPanel gives you GUI-based mod and configuration management, so you can make server-side adjustments without digging through every file by hand. It is especially useful for an older Forge pack, where keeping the correct mod and loader versions together matters.
Hosting Considerations for Factory Builder
Technology packs commonly become more demanding as worlds mature. The starting base may run lightly, but automated farms, processing blocks, power networks, item transport, and searchable storage all add regular server work. Several compact factories are often kinder to performance than one enormous machine room with every system connected.
Exploration creates a different kind of load. Players travelling in separate directions generate chunks, while rapid movement or several simultaneous expeditions can cause short performance dips. Pre-generating frequently used areas can reduce that pressure if your group plans to explore heavily.
Configuration also matters. Avoid keeping unnecessary chunks active, limit machines that produce items faster than storage can accept them, and prevent loose entities from accumulating around farms. These simple habits usually matter more than decorative blocks or the physical size of a factory.
Because this is a sizeable pack intended for ongoing automation, we generally recommend starting on Premium rather than treating the lowest tier as the default. The right choice still depends on your player activity, world age, and how enthusiastically the group approaches industrial overkill.
Why Run It with CreeperHost?
Our Hybrid VPS platform delivers native CPU performance on hardware selected for modded Minecraft, helping busy factory worlds maintain steadier tick times.
CreeperPanel includes tools for investigating lag instead of leaving you to guess which machine, dimension, or area is causing trouble. On eligible Premium services, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain what it finds, and prepare safe next steps for you to approve.
And when Forge behaves like Forge, real CreeperHost support is available with more than 13 years of modded-server experience behind it.
Got questions?
Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.
CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.
Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
