Nature’s Compass and JourneyMap help with navigation, while Waystones make established routes easier to revisit.
The Nether, End, and deeper unknown areas remain part of the adventure, with dangerous encounters and unusual loot waiting beyond familiar terrain. Alex’s Mobs and numerous Animal Garden additions bring creatures such as lions, rhinoceroses, manatees, hyenas, hippopotamuses, and aquatic wildlife into the world.

Technical progression includes Applied Energistics 2, Refined Storage, Powah!, Ender IO Endergy, Pipez, LaserIO, XyCraft, and Just Dire Things. Storage systems, item movement, energy, processing, and automation provide plenty of room for organised bases and ambitious projects.
Magic-focused options include Roots Classic, Theurgy, EvilCraft, Pylons, and Ancient Artifacts 2.
