Hosting Considerations for The New Frontier

With 166 mods, this is a heavier pack intended for worlds that grow over time. A new server with a few players will usually be less demanding than an established world full of factories, farms, storage systems, and explored terrain. That difference matters when choosing a plan.

World generation and exploration

New terrain generation can produce noticeable load, particularly when several players head in different directions at once. Exploring together, pre-generating commonly used areas where appropriate, and keeping realistic world borders can reduce sudden generation spikes and oversized backups.

Automation and established bases

Large machine networks, mob farms, item transport, and constantly active chunks commonly become the bigger concern later.
