Host your STARVED.jar server

STARVED.jar CreeperHost hosting provides a managed home for this unsettling Forge-based Minecraft experience. Built for Minecraft 1.20.1, the pack combines Vanilla+ elements with VHS-inspired horror, turning ordinary exploration and shelter-building into a tense encounter with an unknown creature that watches, follows, and waits.

A World That Watches Back

STARVED.jar centres on a roaming stalker whose presence can transform familiar landscapes into threatening spaces. It may appear at forest edges, between trees, along distant paths, or outside a window. Sometimes it disappears when noticed; sometimes it remains.

Proximity messages reveal the creature drawing nearer while changes in music intensify the encounter. The result is horror driven by anticipation rather than constant confrontation. A quiet journey, a distant silhouette, or an unexplained movement can become a warning that something is approaching.

Familiar Survival, Disturbing Changes

The pack retains a recognisable Minecraft foundation while altering its atmosphere and selected mechanics. Catalogue entries indicate changed cave generation, sparser structures, improved village placement, dynamic villager trades, falling trees, snow beneath trees, reimagined torches, and visual changes affecting entities, leaves, grass, lighting, weather, the sun, and the moon.

Other listed changes remove or adjust familiar features such as vanilla advancements, shields, copper ore, and glow lichen. These details help make the world feel subtly wrong even before the central creature appears. The catalogue’s ModSample is illustrative rather than a complete list.

Straightforward Modpack Management

CreeperPanel supports one-click modpack installation, helping establish the required Minecraft and Forge setup without manually assembling files. Updates preserve user configuration changes, making it easier to maintain customised settings as the pack develops.

Built-in tools cover files, mods, configuration, inventories, worlds, backups, and player management. Diagnostic features also help investigate lag or identify problems within the server. CreeperHost uses game-server hardware selected for strong native CPU performance and stability, with DDoS protection and a choice of locations included.

Support for a Horror World

Real CreeperHost support staff remain available, backed by experience hosting modded Minecraft communities since 2011. Assistance can cover panel use, server management, and issues arising from a customised modded setup.

Eligible Premium and Pro services can also use Ask Theo. It can inspect the current CreeperPanel state and prepare safe next steps for approval, leaving changes under the server owner’s control. Together with world backups and configuration tools, this provides a practical way to manage STARVED.jar while preserving its carefully built atmosphere.

Got questions?

Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.

CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.

Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
