INFECTED BY PATAKYHD is a zombie-horror survival modpack for CreeperHost hosting on Minecraft 1.20.1 with Forge. Built around exploration, combat, scarce supplies, and multiplayer survival, it places players in a devastated world where every journey can become dangerous.

A world overrun by infection

A mysterious virus has transformed the world, leaving abandoned cities, dangerous infected, and uncertain signs of surviving humanity. Zombies remain a threat during the day, while blood moons and escalating hordes make nighttime especially perilous. The pack’s horror atmosphere is reinforced by enhanced visuals, dynamic surroundings, ambient sounds, and exploration tools for mapping unfamiliar territory.

The infection is more than a visual theme. Zombies can infect players when they attack, and an untreated infection can eventually become fatal. A Golden Apple can cure it, making careful preparation and sensible supply management essential.

Survival, vehicles, and recovery

Exploration is tied closely to transportation and fuel. Vehicles can help players cross the world, but gasoline is an essential concern. In this pack, lava serves as vehicle fuel, so travelling through an infested region requires planning before setting out.

Death also leaves a physical trace. A fallen player’s corpse remains in the world and can be searched by its owner. Over time, it changes into a skeleton, after which other players can loot it. Recovery missions therefore become part of multiplayer survival, especially when valuable equipment is lost far from shelter.
