Host your Alex's Space Race server
Alex's Space Race server hosting with CreeperHost puts your shared world alongside tools for protecting progress, helping stranded friends and finding the cause of slow ticks. This Minecraft 1.12.2 pack includes space exploration through Advanced Rocketry, journeys to distant lands through Mystcraft and technology from Buildcraft. Those give you several directions to take together. Running the server also means looking after what everyone has built, so CreeperPanel goes beyond getting the pack installed: you can see what needs attention and act without making every interruption a file-editing session.
Protect progress between space journeys
A mod experiment or an unwanted change shouldn't leave you wondering whether everyone has to start again. On Premium and Pro, SaveGuard keeps incremental recovery points on separate backup storage. Your recovery history stays outside your allocated game-server disk, rather than competing with the active world for space. That separation matters when the save you're protecting represents evenings of shared building and exploration.
You choose from the available recovery points shown in CreeperPanel. Before you confirm a restore, you can see which files will be added, changed or removed. You're not pressing a mysterious rewind button and hoping it lands in the right place.
That preview makes the decision easier to check with your friends: decide which point you want to return to, then review what restoring it will change.
Bring distant explorers somewhere safe
When a friend gets stranded during exploration, directions in chat aren't always enough. CreeperPanel's Player Manager lets you see where a player is and what they're carrying or wearing. You can move them somewhere safe directly from the panel.
The useful difference is having the information and the action together. You don't have to ask a stuck friend to describe their position while you work out how to help. Check where they are, understand what they're carrying, and move them out of trouble.
Your friends can get back to playing, and you can deal with the interruption without turning it into the evening's main activity. Exploration can remain the adventure; finding a stranded player needn't become another one.
Find what's slowing the machinery
When your server starts feeling sluggish, guessing which build caused it can waste a whole session. CreeperPanel's live diagnostics show TPS alongside dimension, entity and block-entity counts. The profiler points to the entity or block-entity types taking the most tick time.
You can investigate what the server is actually doing before deciding what to change. A busy technical build is a reason to look, not proof that you've found the culprit.
That distinction matters: you get evidence for the next decision, rather than asking everyone to dismantle their favourite project on a hunch.
Got questions?
Yes. Order from a modpack page and the selected pack is ready to install. You can also change versions or choose another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.
Our installer prepares the Minecraft version, loader and server files, setting aside recognised client-only mods and addons that depend on them. On supported Forge and NeoForge startup paths, our tools can identify a further client-only crash, disable the responsible file and restart your instance. The file is retained, the panel explains what changed, and that file is remembered for future installations. We have been building our client-pack-to-server tooling since 2017.
Yep. Search for extra mods in CreeperPanel, then install, update, enable or disable them alongside your pack. The panel checks the Minecraft version and modloader, brings in required dependencies and identifies known client-only mods. Your additions stay separate from the pack files, ready for the next pack update.
On Premium and Pro, SaveGuard backs up your supported game saves hourly on a separate machine, with up to 7 days of history. Choose a restore point in CreeperPanel, review the files it will change and confirm. SaveGuard backs up your current world before you roll back too. SaveGuard retention policy
Open Instant Refund in CreeperPanel to see your available refund amount and whether it returns to your payment method or account credit. Review the details, confirm, and it is processed automatically. Instant Refund is available on both Eco and Premium.
On Eco and Premium, Save Your World keeps your supported game saves for up to a year after your service ends, including after a missed payment, and emails you a download link. Keep a copy or take it to another host. Return while the archive is available and CreeperPanel can set up the game and restore your save to your new service. Save Your World policy
Eco is an option for lighter packs. Premium is our usual recommendation for modded Minecraft, with newer hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory and Ask Theo. Choose room for the pack, world and friends you want to bring together.
CreeperHost's generative AI tools drafted this description from information freely available to the public and facts about our own hosting. Our pack automation has been built and improved by experienced members of the modded Minecraft community since 2017; AI helps us describe that enormous catalogue, it does not make the server packs. We review and replace these drafts as time allows or when somebody flags one for the human touch. Spotted an inaccuracy? Please let us know.
