If the server itself looks healthy, he can tell you that too, then keep narrowing it down instead of giving you a generic shrug. Modded Minecraft crash? He can pull together the crash report, recent logs, installed versions, backups, and the code around it. When there is a safe next step, Theo can prep it for approval. When people should be involved, he helps gather the facts so support can get straight to the real problem.
