Yes, Ask Theo is available on Pro services where the feature is enabled. Theo can check what the server and panel are showing, explain issues, and prepare safe next steps for approval without replacing human support.

No. Service-changing Theo actions still need a clear customer approval flow. Pro gives you more hardware headroom, but the AI safety boundary is the same: checked facts, explicit approvals, and human support when judgement is needed.

Many Pro services are prepared and checked by hand, so we ask for up to 72 working hours. They are often ready sooner, but we would rather build it properly than pretend dedicated hardware appears by wizardry.

Choose Pro if you run a large community, need dedicated resources, want predictable headroom, or have a project that should not share its host with normal game-server workloads. If you are not sure, Premium is usually the sensible starting point.

Yes. Pro still benefits from CreeperPanel, our own in-house panel, and the same CreeperHost support knowledge around games, mods, files, diagnostics, backups, and server tools.

Pro follows the same fair approach where possible, with refunds handled pro-rata for fixed-term services. If something is not right, talk to us early and we will work through it like humans.
