CreeperHost is not a reseller in a hoodie. We build and run the important bits ourselves, from CreeperPanel and the server-side tools behind it to serious network and hardware work. We have been hosting game communities since 2011, with a small indie team that actually plays, mods, debugs, and supports the stuff we sell.
Ask Theo is our CreeperPanel server assistant for Premium and Pro services. Theo can check live server state, explain what he finds, look at what the panel is showing, and prepare safe panel actions for you to approve. He is there to help you get from "something feels wrong" to useful evidence and a sensible next step.
No. Theo can check the facts, explain issues, and help prepare support tickets, but real CreeperHost people remain responsible for support. If something needs human judgement, account help, billing decisions, or a careful look from the team, Theo should hand that work over instead of pretending to be magic.
Customer-facing AI at CreeperHost is built to be local-first and CreeperHost-controlled. Theo is designed to gather facts, explain technical detail, and prepare safe next steps, not make serious account, billing, abuse, refund, or cancellation decisions on his own.
Minecraft, especially modded Minecraft, is a huge part of our history. It is not the whole story. CreeperHost supports a wide catalogue of games and keeps adding better panel tools for more of them, from simple survival servers to heavier modded and community setups.
CreeperPanel is our own first-party control panel, not a reskinned generic panel. It is built around the way game servers actually behave: installs, restarts, backups, files, players, logs, crash reports, schedules, diagnostics, extra games, and now Theo on eligible Premium and Pro services.
Hybrid VPS is our Premium range: more control and stronger performance than basic shared hosting, without making you build the whole server stack yourself. You get native CPU performance, a tuned environment, CreeperPanel, and advanced access where the plan supports it.
Nope. If you want to click around CreeperPanel and keep things simple, you can. If you want to go deeper with files, configs, mods, SSH on supported plans, or custom setups, you can do that too. The point is control without making every customer become a sysadmin.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard when your world grows, shrinks, or gets suddenly ambitious. Eco is a solid budget entry point, Premium is the recommended everyday CreeperHost experience, and Pro is there when you want dedicated hardware.
If the service is not right for you in the first 72 hours, you can ask for a full refund. After that, unused time can be refunded for up to 28 days, and beyond that we can usually help with account credit where it makes sense. Fixed-term services are handled pro-rata.
