Vox Arcana combines CreeperHost hosting with a Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge modpack built around magic, technology, and exploration. Its progression connects arcane studies, mechanical engineering, dangerous dimensions, mythical creatures, equipment, and quality-of-life features, with KubeJS balancing helping its major systems feel integrated.

Magic Meets Machinery

Ars Nouveau provides custom spells, rituals, enchanted artifacts, and magical creatures. Its expanded magical system includes content from Ars Creo, Ars Technica, and Too Many Glyphs, while customised glyph recipes draw upon materials found across other parts of the pack. This turns magical advancement into a wider scavenger hunt rather than an isolated crafting path.

Create introduces industrial-era engineering through cogwheels, steam engines, trains, conveyor belts, and moving contraptions. Additional Create content extends these foundations into areas such as large cannons and enchantment-related machinery, giving builders a broad selection of mechanical projects.

Dimensions and Discovery

Exploration reaches far beyond the Overworld. Twilight Forest offers an enchanted woodland dimension filled with dungeons and bosses, while the Aether presents dangerous sky islands with unique treasures and encounters. The Undergarden focuses on subterranean landscapes populated by unusual flora and creatures, and the Deep Void adds a particularly hostile destination beneath familiar territory.

Ice and Fire brings dragons and other mythical creatures into the Overworld, including some that can be tamed. Dungeon Crawl, When Dungeons Arise, Repurposed Structures, and related additions further diversify journeys with structures and underground challenges.

Equipment, Travel, and Everyday Play

Spartan Weaponry expands combat equipment with choices ranging from throwing knives to battle axes, including material support from pack add-ons. Fantasy Armor contributes elaborate armour sets, while cosmetic equipment slots allow appearance to be separated from practical gear.

Immersive Aircraft adds planes, airships, and unconventional flying machines. Waystones provide craftable teleportation points for survival travel. Farming and food content introduces more crops, ingredients, baked goods, and beverages, with recipes connected to materials from multiple dimensions. Storage Drawers, JEI, and other utility mods help organise items and understand crafting options.
