Your ModéCube server, with the useful bits included.

Host your ModéCube server

Host ModéCube as a multiplayer server with CreeperHost and give your group an always-on home for shared factories, ambitious builds, exploration, and the occasional mechanical mishap.

  • Quick setup: Install ModéCube through CreeperPanel without assembling Forge files by hand.
  • Premium recommended: Better suited to growing Create builds and a long-running world.
  • No home-PC bottleneck: Your game and server are not fighting over the same processor and memory.
  • No host babysitter: Friends can play when the usual server owner is offline.
  • Simpler maintenance: Manage mods and configuration through a GUI rather than digging through folders.

Inside ModéCube

ModéCube is a 125-mod Forge pack for Minecraft 1.18.2, built around Create with plenty of building, exploration, food, magic, and light RPG flavour alongside it. It works well for groups that want a technical backbone without turning every session into factory administration.

Create and its add-ons provide the machinery, while Chipped, Supplementaries, Decorative Blocks, and Macaw’s building mods give builders far more to work with. Biomes O’ Plenty and YUNG’s Better Mineshafts reward travelling beyond the first base. Botania, Farmer’s Delight, and Artifacts add other directions for players who would rather garden, cook, explore, or chase equipment.

That variety matters on a server: different players can pursue their own projects while still contributing to one shared world.

Hosting Considerations for ModéCube

ModéCube sits above a lightweight vanilla-style server. A new world with a few players is relatively straightforward, but requirements commonly rise as explored terrain expands and Create contraptions become larger or more numerous. Premium is the sensible starting range for groups planning to keep the same world for a while.

Keep an eye on active machinery

Create builds can place sustained pressure on the main server tick when many moving parts, item transfers, farms, and processing lines run together. One contraption is rarely the whole story; several players building independently can add up.

Good server performance therefore depends on CPU speed as well as memory. Encourage players to switch off machinery they are not using, avoid needlessly looping items, and check unusually elaborate builds if tick times begin climbing.

Plan for exploration and updates

Biomes O’ Plenty, structure generation, and widely separated bases can make rapid exploration more demanding, particularly when several players generate new terrain at once. Pre-generating the area your group expects to use can reduce those spikes and make early expeditions smoother.

Keep the server and every player on the same ModéCube, Minecraft, and Forge versions. Before updating, take a backup and preserve existing configuration changes. Modded worlds are much easier to recover when you have a clean restore point rather than a heroic story about why nobody backed up the factory.

Why Run ModéCube with CreeperHost?

Our hybrid VPS platform delivers native CPU performance on hardware chosen with modded Minecraft in mind, helping when busy Create builds begin testing server tick speed.

On eligible Premium services, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain likely trouble spots, and prepare safe next steps for your approval. It does not replace human support: real CreeperHost people are still available when a machine behaves in a way no sensible engineer intended.

We have spent over 13 years hosting modded communities, so your server is backed by people who understand that “just one more contraption” is never just one.

Got questions?

Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.

CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.

Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
