Become a Slayer or a Demon is a Minecraft 1.16.5 modpack available with CreeperHost hosting. Built on Forge 36.2.20, it combines exploration, adventure, and RPG elements with a Demon Slayer-inspired setting. The central choice is whether to join the Demon Slayer Corps or follow Muzan’s path as a demon.
Choose Your Path
The pack lets you take on the role of a Demon Slayer and face demons and other mobs across the map. Alternatively, you can become a demon and challenge high-ranking slayers. This opposing-path design gives the pack a distinct roleplaying focus for communities looking for a themed adventure.
Explore and Prepare
Exploration is supported by Biomes O’ Plenty, which expands the environments you can discover. JourneyMap helps with navigation, while Waystones provide an additional way to manage travel between explored locations. Wall-jumping adds another movement option when travelling through varied terrain.
JEI helps identify available items and recipes, while Neat improves the visibility of information shown around mobs. Together, these additions make discovery, preparation, and encounters easier to follow without changing the pack’s core anime-inspired theme.
Features for Shared Adventures
The included Kimetsu no Yaiba and KimetsuAnimation mods provide the pack’s Demon Slayer focus. Voice Chat is also included, giving communities an in-game way to communicate during exploration and battles. The pack was created for a community server, making its opposing Slayer and demon roles a natural fit for shared play.
