Host your TechVanilla server
TechVanilla server hosting with CreeperHost puts your shared world at the centre, with panel features that help you protect progress, keep your settings and investigate slowdowns. This Vanilla+ pack runs on Minecraft 1.21.1 with NeoForge. Create and its addons bring machines for tasks such as making items and chopping trees, alongside tech and magic mods. Whether your friends are extending a build or trying something different, running the server shouldn't become a separate hobby that nobody volunteered for.
Keep your machine-building progress
A mod experiment or a bad update can leave you wanting yesterday's world rather than today's surprise. On Premium and Pro, SaveGuard backs up supported game saves hourly on a separate machine, with up to seven days of history.
That separate storage matters: your recovery history stays outside your allocated game-server disk. You aren't keeping the safety copy beside the active save and asking both to share the same space. Available snapshots can be chosen in CreeperPanel when you need to recover your world.
For a group putting time into machine builds, the point is having another option before agreeing to repeat lost work. SaveGuard protects the supported game save while your Premium or Pro server is active, so those recovery points belong to the world you're playing now.
Keep your tech and magic settings through updates
Once you've agreed how you want the server to behave, a pack update shouldn't mean making the same choices again. Config Layers lets you change supported mod settings visually in CreeperPanel for NeoForge packs on Minecraft 1.21 and newer, including TechVanilla's version.
Your chosen values live in a separate JSON layer. A Java agent merges them when the server launches, without rewriting the pack's original configuration files. That separation is the important bit: pack or mod updates don't overwrite your choices.
You can customise the supported settings without turning the pack's own files into your personal notebook. Your changes remain separate from what arrives with the pack, making updates less of a repeat editing exercise.
Find what's slowing your server down
When everyone notices a slowdown, guessing which build caused it can quickly become the evening's main activity. CreeperPanel's live diagnostics show TPS, memory use, dimensions, and entity and block-entity counts, so you can see what's happening while the server is running.
The profiler points to the entity or block-entity types taking the most tick time. Instead of blaming every machine in sight, you have evidence to narrow down what needs attention.
That doesn't promise every slowdown disappears. It means you can investigate a busy world with something more useful than "it was fine before", and spend less time arguing over whose latest addition deserves suspicion.
Got questions?
Yes. Order from a modpack page and the selected pack is ready to install. You can also change versions or choose another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.
Our installer prepares the Minecraft version, loader and server files, setting aside recognised client-only mods and addons that depend on them. On supported Forge and NeoForge startup paths, our tools can identify a further client-only crash, disable the responsible file and restart your instance. The file is retained, the panel explains what changed, and that file is remembered for future installations. We have been building our client-pack-to-server tooling since 2017.
Yep. Search for extra mods in CreeperPanel, then install, update, enable or disable them alongside your pack. The panel checks the Minecraft version and modloader, brings in required dependencies and identifies known client-only mods. Your additions stay separate from the pack files, ready for the next pack update.
On Premium and Pro, SaveGuard backs up your supported game saves hourly on a separate machine, with up to 7 days of history. Choose a restore point in CreeperPanel, review the files it will change and confirm. SaveGuard backs up your current world before you roll back too. SaveGuard retention policy
Open Instant Refund in CreeperPanel to see your available refund amount and whether it returns to your payment method or account credit. Review the details, confirm, and it is processed automatically. Instant Refund is available on both Eco and Premium.
On Eco and Premium, Save Your World keeps your supported game saves for up to a year after your service ends, including after a missed payment, and emails you a download link. Keep a copy or take it to another host. Return while the archive is available and CreeperPanel can set up the game and restore your save to your new service. Save Your World policy
Eco is an option for lighter packs. Premium is our usual recommendation for modded Minecraft, with newer hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory and Ask Theo. Choose room for the pack, world and friends you want to bring together.
CreeperHost's generative AI tools drafted this description from information freely available to the public and facts about our own hosting. Our pack automation has been built and improved by experienced members of the modded Minecraft community since 2017; AI helps us describe that enormous catalogue, it does not make the server packs. We review and replace these drafts as time allows or when somebody flags one for the human touch. Spotted an inaccuracy? Please let us know.
