Cottage Dreams is a cozy Minecraft modpack with CreeperHost hosting for players who enjoy building, farming, exploration, quests, magic, and technology. Running on Minecraft 1.16.5 with Forge, it blends cottagecore and goblincore aesthetics with lively landscapes, decorative building options, cooking, custom creatures, and optional dangers.
Explore a Living World
Cottage Dreams expands the overworld with additional biomes, plants, animals, villages, campsites, dungeons, and discoverable structures. Fruit trees, enhanced mushrooms, new fish, underground kobold villages, Stoneholm settlements, and named villagers give the world plenty of character.
Nature’s Compass helps locate biomes, while Waystones provide magical travel between discovered locations. When you are ready to venture farther, Good Night’s Sleep adds dream and nightmare worlds, and The Twilight Forest offers a magical dimension to explore.
Build, Farm, and Create
The pack offers many ways to shape a personal home or village. Macaw’s doors, fences, roofs, windows, bridges, and furniture work alongside decorative blocks, fairy lights, medieval furnishings, roofs, gardens, and aquatic-themed additions.
Farming and cooking are central parts of the experience. Farmer’s Delight, Neapolitan, Farmer’s Extra Foods, fruit trees, Botany Pots, Botany Trees, and The Veggie Way add ingredients, meals, plants, and kitchen possibilities. Create brings aesthetic machinery and automation, while Botania introduces flower-based magic.
Quests and Helpful Tools
FTB Quests provides guidance through the included mods, items, and activities. The pack also includes JEI and Just Enough Resources for checking recipes, uses, drops, and generation details. JourneyMap supports navigation, while The One Probe, Light Overlay, Durability101, Controlling, and Polymorph make everyday play easier to manage.
CreeperPanel provides one-click modpack installation and updates that preserve configuration changes. Built-in tools help manage files, mods, settings, players, inventories, worlds, and backups, while also helping diagnose lag.
