COA is a Minecraft 1.16.5 modpack for CreeperHost hosting, built around fantasy adventure, exploration, quests, and multiplayer combat. Its Forge 36.2.39 foundation supports a broad selection of additions designed to expand the Lord of the Rings experience with travel, equipment, creatures, settlements, and community-focused play.
Explore a Fantasy Middle-earth
COA combines the LOTR Renewed mod with adventure-focused additions that encourage players to explore and shape their world. Small Ships supports seafaring, while Xaero’s World Map helps with navigation. FTB Chunks provides claims and map-based territory tools, and CustomNPCs, Minecraft Comes Alive, and custom villager trades add more character to settlements and encounters.
Lootr, Iron Chests, Storage Drawers, and supplementary building blocks support exploration and storage. WorldEdit, Litematica, and the Construction Wand can also assist with ambitious building projects.
Quests, Combat, and Progression
The pack includes FTB Quests, FTB Teams, and MMO Parties for structured objectives and group play. Its combat selection includes Tinkers’ Construct, Epic Knights Armor and Weapons, Weapon Master, and Medieval Siege Machines. These additions complement the pack’s adventure and PvP focus with varied equipment and battlefield options.
Alex’s Mobs introduces additional creatures, while Farmer’s Delight, Alex’s Delight, Cultural Delights, and Farming for Blockheads broaden food and farming activities. JEI and Jade help players understand available items, recipes, and information during progression.
