On supported Forge and NeoForge startup paths, our tools can identify a further client-only crash, disable the responsible file and restart your instance. On Premium and Pro services, SaveGuard keeps recovery points on separate backup storage and shares unchanged data between snapshots. Choose an available point in CreeperPanel: it makes a fresh backup of your current world and shows the files the restore will change before you confirm.
Open Instant Refund in CreeperPanel to see your available refund amount and whether it returns to your payment method or account credit. Review the details, confirm, and it is processed automatically. Instant Refund is available on both Eco and Premium.
On Eco and Premium, Save Your World keeps your game saves for up to a year after your service ends, including after a missed payment, and emails you a download link.
