Your BaerCraft server, with the useful bits included.

Host your BaerCraft server

Host BaerCraft as a multiplayer server with CreeperHost and give your group a shared world built for long expeditions, ambitious bases, unusual creatures, and plenty of side projects.

  • Install quickly: One-click setup gets the correct Forge pack onto your server.
  • Keep custom changes: Pack updates preserve your configuration edits.
  • Avoid home-hosting headaches: Exploration and world generation can overwhelm a spare PC.
  • Skip casual-host limits: Large mod lists need stronger CPU performance and room to grow.
  • Built for longer play: Premium is our recommended range for an established BaerCraft world.

A Varied World for Every Kind of Player

BaerCraft is a mixed adventure, building, progression, and technology pack for Minecraft 1.16.5, running on Forge 36.2.42. Its 251 mods support groups that rarely agree on what to do next.

Explorers can tackle structures and additional dimensions through mods including When Dungeons Arise, Dungeon Crawl, Atum, and The Undergarden. Builders get broad decorative choices from Chipped, Macaw’s Fences, Macaw’s Windows, and Builder’s Addition. Farmer’s Delight expands quieter base life, while Thermal Foundation, Flux Networks, and Pipez give technical players systems to develop.

The pack also uses customised recipes, configurations, and progression rules. That makes running the intended server files important; casually assembling a similar mod list will not reproduce BaerCraft.

Better as a Shared, Long-Running World

BaerCraft works well when players split off into their own interests without leaving the same world. One person can hunt structures, another can build the town, and somebody else will inevitably disappear underground to organise pipes.

That variety also gives the server longevity. Players can return to unfinished builds, collections, farms, and progression rather than needing everyone online for a single quest line. A hosted server keeps those projects accessible without making one group member leave their computer running or manage the pack manually.

Hosting Considerations for BaerCraft

With 251 mods, BaerCraft is on the heavier side of 1.16.5 Forge packs. Startup, first joins, and dimension loading commonly need more breathing room than a lightly modded server. Premium is the sensible starting point for most groups, particularly if the world will run for months.

Exploration can produce short bursts of extra work while the server generates terrain and structures. Groups travelling rapidly in different directions may feel this more than players staying near a shared base. Pre-generating the area you expect to use can help reduce generation spikes during normal play.

Busy bases can become the next pressure point. Large item networks, automated machinery, mob collections, and heavily populated areas all add ticking work. Spread major builds out, avoid leaving unnecessary machines running, and investigate recurring lag before it becomes part of the scenery.

Because BaerCraft is highly customised, treat configuration and script changes carefully. Back up the world before pack updates or manual edits, and keep every player on the same pack version.

Why Run BaerCraft with CreeperHost?

Our hybrid VPS platform delivers native CPU performance on modern Ryzen, EPYC, and Intel Ultra hardware chosen with modded Minecraft in mind.

CreeperPanel includes tools for tracking down lag rather than guessing at it. On eligible Premium services, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain what looks wrong, and prepare safe next steps for your approval.

We have hosted large modded communities for over 13 years, and real support staff are available when an old Forge pack decides to develop personality.

Got questions?

Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.

CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.

Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
