Salt expands exploration through mods such as Biomes O’ Plenty, Better Caves, Better Mineshafts, Dungeon Crawl, Repurposed Structures, Valhelsia Structures, NetherEx, and The Endergetic Expansion. Waystones, Xaero’s Minimap, and Xaero’s World Map help with navigation as you travel between discoveries.

The pack also adds new dimensions and regions of interest through Advent of Ascension, End Reborn, and other world-expanding content. Aquaculture, Pam’s HarvestCraft additions, Serene Seasons, and The Endergetic Expansion give the world more variety beyond ordinary mining and combat.

Progress Through Adventure and Creation

Salt adds character progression and a more demanding style of play with Scaling Health, while Apotheosis, Artifacts, Bountiful Baubles, Reliquary, and Tombstone offer new equipment, rewards, and recovery options. Silent Gear, Silent Gems, Mystical Agriculture, Mystical Agradditions, ProjectE, and Mekanism support different approaches to gathering materials, crafting gear, and developing your base.

Create introduces mechanical building and automation, while Thermal and Mekanism additions provide further technology-focused options. MineColonies and Structurize add settlement-building elements, giving long-term projects a place alongside exploration. Doggy Talents and Rats add additional companions and creatures to your adventures.
