- Self-hosted play makes world generation compete with the owner’s game client.
- Casual hosting can tighten up as automation, storage systems, and explored dimensions grow.
- DDoS protection helps keep public and community servers reachable.
MC Imortal Overview
MC Imortal is a Minecraft 1.12.2 Forge pack containing 132 mods. It mixes industrial progression with dangerous exploration, RPG-style adventure, combat, and powerful late-game goals.
Mekanism, IndustrialCraft 2, Immersive Engineering, NuclearCraft, and Thermal Expansion give players several routes into machinery and automation. ProjectE, Draconic Evolution, and Avaritia push the later game towards increasingly ambitious builds.
Explorers can travel through content from The Aether, Atum, The Erebus, and The Betweenlands, while Tinkers’ Construct and Refined Storage support shared tools and organised bases. CreeperPanel’s graphical mod and configuration controls also make server-side adjustments less awkward than editing everything locally.
Hosting Considerations for MC Imortal
CPU and memory
Large 1.12.2 Forge packs commonly need strong single-thread CPU performance, particularly when players spread out, generate terrain, or run busy automated bases. Memory demand often rises over time as more dimensions load and players build larger storage and processing networks.
Leave sensible headroom rather than sizing only for the first evening. Premium is the better starting range for an active group or a world intended to run for months.
Keeping the world responsive
Exploration can create short tick-time spikes when several players enter fresh terrain at once. Encourage the group to avoid racing in different directions during peak hours, especially while large factories are already active.
Automation deserves occasional housekeeping too. Unnecessary always-on machines, oversized item networks, dense entity farms, and permanently loaded areas can gradually drag down an otherwise healthy server. Restart schedules may help with older Forge packs, but they should not replace finding the build or dimension causing trouble.
When changing configs or adding server-side fixes, test one change at a time and keep a recoverable copy of the world. Minecraft 1.12.2 mod interactions can be wonderfully inventive—and occasionally inventive in the wrong direction.
Why Run MC Imortal with CreeperHost?
Our hybrid VPS platform delivers native CPU performance on modern Ryzen, EPYC, and Intel Ultra-based liquid-cooled servers built with modded Minecraft in mind.
On eligible Premium services, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain likely causes of trouble, and prepare safe next steps for your approval. It does not replace people: our support team brings more than 13 years of experience hosting modded communities when your immortal adventure develops a very mortal tick problem.
Got questions?
Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.
CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.
Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
