A Classic Tech-and-Magic Mix
AEDF20 brings a Brazilian modpack favourite into Minecraft 1.12.2, running on Forge with 85 mods. It combines large technical projects with magic, equipment progression, building, and dimension-hopping adventure.
Applied Energistics 2 supports ambitious storage systems, while BuildCraft, IndustrialCraft Classic, Thermal Expansion, Logistics Pipes, and RFTools give players plenty of machinery to connect. Thaumcraft adds a magical path, with Tinkers’ Construct covering custom tools.
Explorers can head into the Twilight Forest and Atum, while Mystcraft can create further destinations. It is a pack where different players can specialise without running out of shared projects.
Hosting Considerations for A Era do Futuro 2020
This is not among the largest modern packs, but established AEDF20 worlds can become demanding. Performance usually depends less on the initial mod count and more on what players build over time.
Automation networks, item transport, large storage systems, and constantly active machines all add server work. Chunk loaders deserve particular attention: keeping abandoned bases or distant machinery loaded means the server continues ticking them even when nobody is nearby. Removing unnecessary loaders and switching off unused production lines can make a noticeable difference.
Exploration can also produce short CPU spikes as new terrain and dimensions generate. Pre-generating the main areas your group expects to explore can smooth out routine travel, although separate dimensions will still need sensible boundaries.
Leave memory headroom for Forge, world generation, and busier sessions rather than sizing only for an empty server. Fast CPU performance remains especially important for Minecraft 1.12.2. Keep regular world backups, and test pack or configuration changes before committing them to your main save.
For a small new group, requirements may begin modestly. Choose Premium if you expect an active community, extensive automation, several dimensions in use, or a world intended to run for months.
Why Run AEDF20 with CreeperHost?
Our hybrid VPS platform delivers the native CPU performance that established modded worlds need. Built-in diagnostic tools help track down lagging dimensions, overloaded chunks, and other common trouble spots.
On eligible Premium services, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain what it finds, and prepare safe next steps for your approval. When something genuinely odd happens, you can also call on people backed by more than 13 years of hosting modded Minecraft communities.
Got questions?
Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.
CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.
Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
