Trashcats combines exploration and adventure with a broad selection of world and structure mods. Biomes O’ Plenty, Tectonic, Towns and Towers, Dungeons Arise, Explorify, and When Dungeons Arise help create varied places to discover, while Incendium and enhanced Nether fortresses add more interest beyond the Overworld.
The pack’s atmosphere is shaped by ancient ruins, unusual landscapes, and dangerous encounters. Ice and Fire introduces dragons and other mythical creatures, while Alex’s Mobs, Mowzie’s Mobs, Born in Chaos, L_Ender’s Cataclysm, and the Wither Storm Mod add further threats and memorable battles.
Magic, Origins, and Progression
Magic is a major part of the Trashcats experience. Ars Nouveau and Iron’s Spells ’n Spellbooks provide spell-focused gameplay, with Ice and Fire Spellbooks adding another magical angle. Origins, Origins Classes, and Strictly Origins give characters different starting identities and abilities.
Players can also expand their equipment and progression through Tetra, More Enchantments, Curios, Sophisticated Core, and Refined Storage. Create adds engineering-focused building and machinery, while cooking, farming, furniture, and decorative features support a more personal base.
Built for Shared Adventures
Trashcats is tagged for multiplayer and includes tools that support group exploration. JourneyMap helps with navigation, while Lootr gives dungeon discoveries a more personal feel for players travelling together. Carry On, Tree Harvester, Starter Kit, and other convenience additions reduce friction during ordinary survival tasks.
Minecraft Comes Alive, villages, capitals, and expanded structures help make the world feel more populated. Simple Voice Chat is also included, giving groups an additional way to coordinate while exploring, fighting, or building.
