Your Brass server, with the useful bits included.
Host your Brass server
Host Brass as a multiplayer server with CreeperHost and give your group an always-on world for quests, exploration, and increasingly ambitious engineering. We handle the server side, so progress does not depend on one player leaving their PC running all weekend.
Why host Brass on CreeperHost?
- Install the complete Forge pack without assembling 168 mods by hand.
- Keep shared progression online when the usual host is away.
- Avoid home connections struggling with several players exploring at once.
- Skip the limits of casual hosting as factories and world data grow.
- Choose Premium for stronger performance across a long-running world.
What to Expect from Brass
Brass is a Minecraft 1.16.5 progression pack combining technology with quests, exploration, and adventure. Its technology lineup includes Create, Mekanism, Immersive Engineering, RFTools, and Storage Drawers, giving groups plenty of room to build beyond a basic workshop.
Exploration also matters. Alex’s Mobs, Apotheosis, Better Caves, Better Strongholds, Waystones, and other additions help ensure that leaving the factory gates remains worthwhile.
With CreeperHost’s one-click installation, you can launch the correct Forge build without manually matching every dependency. Updates preserve your configuration changes, while CreeperPanel gives you GUI tools for managing mods and settings when you want to adjust the experience.
Hosting Considerations for Brass
Brass is a substantial Forge pack, and its demands commonly increase as the world matures. A fresh server with a small group is usually easier to run than one containing established bases, large processing systems, and months of explored terrain. Premium is our recommended starting range for groups planning a lasting server.
Exploration and world generation
Generating new terrain is one of the more demanding jobs a modded server performs. If several players travel in different directions, especially using faster transport, tick times can rise while the server creates and saves chunks.
Plan major exploration sessions rather than combining them with peak factory activity. Keeping sensible world backups is also worthwhile before updates or large-scale expeditions; old modded worlds tend to become the part nobody wants to lose.
Automation and busy bases
Create machinery, Mekanism processing, and Immersive Engineering builds can all add ongoing work for the server. Problems generally come from scale rather than one particular machine: sprawling production lines, excessive item movement, and many active systems concentrated in one area can add up.
Build with clear shut-offs, avoid producing or moving items endlessly, and investigate performance changes early. Adding memory can help when a server is genuinely short of it, but it will not repair an overloaded contraption or a runaway item system. Strong CPU performance still matters for smooth server ticks.
Why Run Brass with CreeperHost?
Our hybrid VPS platform delivers native CPU performance on hardware selected for modded Minecraft, helping Brass stay responsive as your shared world develops.
CreeperPanel includes tools for diagnosing lag instead of leaving you to guess which base caused Tuesday’s slideshow. On eligible Premium services, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain likely issues, and prepare safe next steps for your approval.
When the problem is stranger than a full item pipe, real CreeperHost staff bring more than 13 years of modded hosting experience to the conversation.
Got questions?
Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.
CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.
Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
