Q-tech is a non-expert technology pack for Minecraft 1.15.2, running on Forge 31.2.31. Its 85 mods offer plenty to build and automate without the scale or complexity of a giant kitchen-sink pack.
Mekanism, Industrial Foregoing, Powah, XNet, Modular Routers, Refined Storage, and RFTools give groups several ways to generate power, move items, automate production, and organise increasingly ambitious bases. Building Gadgets and Silent Gear add useful options outside the factory floor.
That variety works particularly well in multiplayer: players can divide projects, compare designs, or combine everything into one gloriously over-engineered industrial estate.

Q-tech is relatively light by modpack standards, but technology packs rarely stay light forever. Early worlds are usually modest; established servers often collect automated machines, storage networks, pipes, farms, and chunk loaders that continue working while players move elsewhere.
