Nuclear Tech is a tech-focused Minecraft modpack available with CreeperHost hosting, built for Minecraft 1.12.2 with Forge 14.23.5.2860. Classified as Small / Light and Tech, it centres progression around machinery, automation, and increasingly advanced power generation.
Tech-Focused Progression
The pack begins with Tinkers’ Construct and develops through established technology mods including Thermal Expansion, Ender IO, Applied Energistics 2, Industrial Foregoing, and Extra Utilities 2. Early machines support the first stages of automation, while NuclearCraft becomes a major focus for power generation.
As progression continues, players can build NuclearCraft reactors and steam turbines, expand automated systems, and work towards advanced energy production. Draconic Evolution provides a late-game power source alongside powerful armour and tools. Environmental Tech, RFTools, OpenComputers, and Simply Jetpacks 2 add further options for building and managing large technical projects.
Exploration and Building Tools
Nuclear Tech also includes features that support everyday survival and construction. Biomes O’ Plenty expands the world with additional biomes, while JourneyMap, Hwyla, Waila Harvestability, and Just Enough Items help with navigation, block information, and recipes.
Tinkers’ Construct supports custom tool progression, and Better Builder’s Wands, Carry On, Iron Chests, Iron Backpacks, Ore Excavation, and Chest Transporter make building, storage, and mining more convenient. Quark, Chisel, OpenBlocks, and Cosmetic Armor Reworked add further building and utility options without taking attention away from the pack’s technical direction.
CreeperPanel Server Management
CreeperPanel provides one-click modpack installation and updates while preserving user configuration changes. Built-in tools help manage files, mods, configurations, players, inventories, worlds, and backups from one control panel.
Diagnostic tools can assist with investigating lag, while CreeperHost hardware is selected for strong native CPU performance and stability. Location choice and DDoS protection are included, giving server owners practical controls for running a modded world with the pack’s machines, reactors, automation, and exploration features.
Support for Modded Communities
