Host your FunCraft - FC server

Host FunCraft - FC as a multiplayer server with CreeperHost and give your group an always-on world for shared exploration, magic, building, and automation—without turning somebody’s spare PC into the unwilling team mascot.

  • One-click installation gets the correct pack release running quickly.
  • Home connections can buckle when several players explore new terrain at once.
  • Casual hosts often struggle as machines, storage networks, and large bases accumulate.
  • Our modded Minecraft platform is tuned for the CPU-heavy work Forge servers produce.
  • Premium is the better starting range for a busy or long-running world.

A Flexible 1.12.2 Modpack

FunCraft runs on Minecraft 1.12.2 with Forge and includes 154 mods. It has no fixed quest line or staged progression, so players can choose their own direction rather than waiting for the pack to grant permission.

The selection mixes technology, magic, exploration, and decorative building. Applied Energistics 2, Ender IO, RFTools, and Actually Additions support increasingly capable bases, while Botania and Blood Magic offer magical projects. The Aether II and Erebus give adventurous groups more places to investigate. Quark, BiblioCraft, Cooking for Blockheads, and furniture options add plenty for builders.

That variety works particularly well on a shared server: different players can specialise without everyone following the same checklist.

Hosting Considerations for FunCraft - FC

FunCraft is relatively light by 1.12.2 modpack standards, but “light” does not mean identical to vanilla. Forge must still process more blocks, entities, recipes, inventories, and background tasks.

New terrain generation commonly causes brief load spikes, especially when players travel in different directions or enter additional dimensions. Later, the bigger concern is usually accumulated activity: sprawling item networks, automated production, dense farms, and machines left running in loaded chunks can all add to server tick time.

A small group with modest bases may run comfortably on a lower tier. For an active community, frequent exploration, or a world intended to last, we normally recommend Premium for stronger CPU performance and more breathing room as builds grow.

Good server habits still matter:

  • Spread demanding automation across sensible areas rather than one packed chunk.
  • Avoid leaving farms or machines running when their output has nowhere to go.
  • Take a backup before pack updates or major configuration changes.
  • Keep every player on the same pack release as the server.
  • Investigate rising tick time early instead of waiting for lag to become normal.

Why Run It with CreeperHost?

CreeperPanel lets you install and update the pack while preserving your configuration changes, then manage mods and configs through a GUI when you want to make the server your own.

Built-in diagnostic tools help identify troublesome chunks, entities, or builds. On eligible Premium services, Ask Theo can inspect the current panel and server state, explain what it finds, and prepare safe next steps for your approval.

If something remains properly odd, our team brings more than 13 years of hands-on modded Minecraft hosting experience. You play the pack; we help keep the server from becoming another unfinished group project.

Got questions?

Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.

CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.

Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
