This is The Mainstream Pack, a (kinda) balanced progression-based pack with quests.
As the name implies, it's kind of similar to popular packs, but it is a bit different:
Power generation is heavily tweaked, so using machines that are ignored normally is required.
The quest book has a section to walk you through the re-balanced power-generation.
Most of the Vanilla tools are disabled, so you have to stick with Tinker's for quite some time.
Hate chests? Then you'll probaply be happy to hear that digital storage will be accessible very early in the form of Applied Energistics.
Go from punching wood and mining ores to building a massive Fusion Power Plant with your everlasting flow of resources and probaply some other stuff in
