Your LOPA - Life of Plants & Animals server, with the useful bits included.

Host your LOPA - Life of Plants & Animals server

Host LOPA – Life of Plants & Animals with CreeperHost and give your group an always-ready world for relaxed exploration, creature-focused builds, cottages, and shared projects—without relying on one player’s PC.

  • Install quickly: CreeperPanel handles modpack setup and updates while preserving your configuration changes.
  • Keep playing when the host is away: self-hosted worlds usually disappear when their owner logs off.
  • Avoid home connection limits: exploration and multiple players can expose weak upload speeds and unstable Wi-Fi.
  • Manage the server visually: adjust mods and configuration files through CreeperPanel’s GUI.
  • Grow without rebuilding everything: choose a service for today, then upgrade if your world becomes busier.

A Shared Life Among Plants and Animals

LOPA is a nature-led Minecraft 1.20.1 pack built around exploration, animals, and a gentler style of multiplayer. Its Vanilla+ direction makes it a good fit for groups that prefer building welcoming settlements and creature-themed spaces over racing through a rigid progression path.

That relaxed pace works particularly well on a permanent server. Players can develop their own corners of the map, contribute to communal builds, or simply wander without needing everyone online at once.

The pack uses Forge 47.4.16. We take care of the server-side installation, leaving you to decide where the cottages go—and who is responsible for the suspicious number of animals beside spawn.

Hosting Considerations for LOPA

LOPA may feel easy-going, but long-lived modded worlds still benefit from proper server hardware. Forge must load and coordinate the pack’s mods, while Minecraft continues handling chunks, entities, saves, and each connected player.

Exploration commonly becomes the main pressure point. When several players travel in different directions, the server generates and saves more chunks at once. Pre-generating areas around spawn can reduce generation spikes later, while a sensible world border helps prevent the save from growing without purpose.

Creature-heavy builds also deserve some restraint. Large numbers of animals concentrated into a small area can increase tick time, especially when combined with farms, item drops, or chunk-loaded machinery from any additional mods you install. Spread major builds out, avoid unnecessary entity accumulation, and check performance before assuming memory is the only issue.

For a small group, service choice should reflect how actively the world will be explored and modified. If you expect a long-running community, lots of simultaneous travel, or ambitious animal-filled builds, our Premium range is the better starting point. It gives the server more room for growth without making you migrate just as the map becomes interesting.

Modded servers also tend to prefer clean restarts over being left untouched indefinitely. Schedule restarts during quiet hours, keep backups, and test configuration changes one at a time.

Why Run LOPA with CreeperHost?

Our hybrid VPS platform delivers native CPU performance on hardware selected for modded Minecraft, helping with the demanding main server thread that Forge packs rely on.

CreeperPanel includes built-in lag diagnostics, so you can investigate slow ticks, busy dimensions, or troublesome entities with useful evidence rather than guesswork. If the server still gets odd, our real support team brings more than 13 years of modded hosting experience to the problem.

You build the shared world. We keep the server side from becoming somebody’s second job.

Got questions?

Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.

CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.

Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
