Host your Railcraft Minus Railcraft server

Railcraft Minus Railcraft hosting from CreeperHost brings a Forge 1.12.2 tech pack focused on recreating much of Railcraft’s railway and steam gameplay through alternative mods. It combines expanded rail systems, boilers, carts, signalling, fluid storage, and industrial machinery in a focused package for Minecraft players who want to build and operate complex transport networks.

Build Rail Networks Without Railcraft

The pack includes Better Boilers for producing steam, Better Railroads and Extra Rails for additional rail types, and Useful Railroads for high-speed track. Signals adds a railway signalling system, while Charset Transport provides cross rails and dyeable minecarts.

Cart Blanche expands the available cart selection, including carts that can transfer energy. Steve’s Carts Reborn adds modular carts that can serve as steam or electric locomotives, tunnel bores, and more. Entity Spring allows entities—especially carts—to be linked together, making connected trains possible.

Steam, Power, and Industry

Steam can be used with Thermal Expansion’s Steam Dynamo to produce Redstone Flux. Thermal Expansion also adds an augment for producing Creosote Oil with the Redstone Furnace. Immersive Engineering contributes the Coke Oven and Blast Furnace, while Fancy Fluid Storage provides freeform multiblock tanks for handling fluids.

Thermal Foundation adds ores alongside the shared technical foundations used by several included mods. Just Enough Items supports recipe lookup, helping players understand how the pack’s machinery, rails, carts, and materials fit together.

Simple Pack Management with CreeperHost

CreeperPanel provides one-click installation for the modpack and makes updates easier to manage while preserving user configuration changes. Built-in tools help with files, mods, configurations, players, inventories, worlds, and backups, while diagnostic features assist with investigating lag.

CreeperHost uses game-server hardware selected for strong native CPU performance and stability. DDoS protection and location choice are included, giving communities practical options for managing their Minecraft server setup.

Support for Modded Communities

Railcraft Minus Railcraft uses Forge 14.23.5.2820 on Minecraft 1.12.2, with its listed release identified as version 1.0.2. Its design covers most of the original inspiration’s major themes, while using a different selection of railway, cart, steam, and engineering mods.

Eligible Premium and Pro services can use Ask Theo to inspect the current panel state and prepare safe next steps for approval. Real support staff are also available, with experience hosting modded communities since 2011.

Got questions?

Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.

CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.

Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
