Host your World of trains - Season 2 server

Host World of trains - Season 2 as a multiplayer server with CreeperHost and give your group an always-on world for railways, factories, exploration, and a city that keeps growing between sessions.

  • Install the pack quickly through CreeperPanel, without assembling Forge files yourself.
  • A home-hosted world stops when its owner’s PC does—and large builds are rarely convenient houseguests.
  • Casual hosting can falter as explored terrain, machinery, trains, and city activity accumulate.
  • Updates preserve your configuration changes, avoiding repeated setup work.
  • Our Premium range is the sensible starting point for an ambitious, long-running world.

World of trains - Season 2 Overview

This is a Minecraft 1.12.2 Forge pack built around shared industrial projects. Its 70 mods combine railway construction, factory automation, city building, and exploration rather than pushing everyone down one narrow progression path.

Immersive Railroading supplies the pack’s defining transport theme, while Immersive Engineering, Mekanism, and Immersive Petroleum support larger industrial builds. MineColonies adds another reason to develop a proper settlement, and Biomes O’ Plenty gives railway crews plenty of terrain to cross.

Builders also get tools such as Chisel, Chisels & Bits, ArchitectureCraft, and Decocraft. The result is a good fit for groups that care as much about stations and factory architecture as the machinery inside them.

A Better World for a Railway Crew

Rail networks work best when people can join at different times and still contribute. One player can survey a route, another can expand power production, and somebody else can spend an evening making the central station unnecessarily magnificent.

Keeping the server online means those projects remain accessible without one player launching a local save or leaving a computer running. It also gives the world a single shared history: established routes, working industrial districts, stored materials, and expanding settlements all stay in one place.

For returning groups, that continuity matters more than racing through the pack.

Hosting Considerations for World of trains - Season 2

The pack’s raw mod count is moderate, but server demand commonly grows with the world. New terrain generation can cause brief load spikes during exploration, especially when several players head in different directions. Pre-generating commonly used regions can make later journeys smoother.

Large automation builds may add steady tick load when machines, power systems, storage networks, and transport systems remain active. Refined Storage networks and sprawling factories are best designed with restraint rather than leaving every process running permanently.

Rail vehicles, MineColonies activity, and other entity-heavy areas can also become noticeable when concentrated in busy chunks. Spreading major builds sensibly and avoiding excessive chunk loading usually helps more than simply throwing memory at the problem.

Memory still needs enough headroom for Forge, the world, and active players, but CPU performance is often what determines whether complex areas feel responsive. For a lasting community server, we recommend Premium rather than treating the pack as a lightweight temporary world.

Why Run It with CreeperHost?

Our hybrid VPS platform delivers native CPU performance on hardware chosen for modded Minecraft, which is valuable once your railway network and industrial districts become busy.

CreeperPanel gives you GUI-based mod and configuration management, plus built-in tools for investigating lag when a particular area or build starts misbehaving. On eligible Premium services, Ask Theo can inspect current server and panel state, explain what it finds, and prepare safe next steps for you to approve.

And when the server gets properly peculiar, our team brings more than 13 years of modded hosting experience to the problem.

Got questions?

Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.

CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.

Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
