Foreign Alchemy is a lightweight, tech-focused Skyblock pack with CreeperHost hosting for a structured void-island adventure. Built for Minecraft 1.12.2 with Forge, it combines automation, resource generation, storage, farming, quests, and powerful late-game progression. Its focused selection of mods keeps the experience centered on building an efficient island rather than overwhelming players with unrelated systems.
Skyblock Progression
Void Island Control and Forgiving Void establish the island-based setting, while Better Questing provides guided objectives. Early progression can develop through farming, chickens, bonsai trees, and resource-focused systems before expanding into more advanced automation. Mystical Agriculture, Mystical Agradditions, ProjectE, and Standard Expansion add further routes for creating and processing resources.
Technology and Automation
Foreign Alchemy includes several established technology options. Thermal Foundation, Thermal Expansion, Thermal Innovation, and Thermal Cultivation support processing and industrial progression. Extra Utilities 2, Environmental Tech, Generators, Extreme Reactors, Flux Networks, Integrated Dynamics, and Calculator add tools for power, machines, transport, and automation.
Storage is supported by Refined Storage, Reborn Storage, Storage Drawers, Iron Chests, EnderStorage, and Translocators. Better Builders Wands, Ore Excavation, Inventory Tweaks, Mouse Tweaks, and Not Enough Wands help make construction and routine tasks more manageable. JEI and JEI Integration provide useful recipe references while playing.
CreeperHost Server Features
CreeperPanel provides one-click modpack installation and updates while preserving configuration changes. Built-in tools help manage files, mods, configuration, players, inventories, worlds, and backups, with diagnostic features for investigating lag.
CreeperHost uses game-server hardware selected for strong native CPU performance and stability. DDoS protection and location choice are included, helping administrators select a location that fits their community. Eligible Premium and Pro services can use Ask Theo to inspect the current panel state and prepare safe next steps for approval.
Practical Pack Management
Foreign Alchemy is based on Forge 14.23.5.2784, so players should use the matching Minecraft and Forge versions when joining. The pack includes configuration-sensitive systems and recipe changes, making consistent server and client files important.
