The HeroVerse is a broad Minecraft 1.7.10 pack built around Marvel and DC themes. It mixes superhero content with established tech and magic systems rather than locking everyone into one progression path.

Project Superhuman supports the comic-book flavour, while Applied Energistics 2, BuildCraft, Immersive Engineering, and MineFactory Reloaded give technical players plenty to build. Blood Magic, Ars Magica 2, and Witchery offer a very different route. Tinkers’ Construct, Chisel, Bibliocraft, and Pam’s HarvestCraft round out everyday survival and building.

Performance commonly changes as the world matures. Large Applied Energistics 2 networks, extensive pipes, automated farms, loaded machines, and other frequently ticking systems can cost more server time than the same number of players in fresh terrain. Spreading heavy builds across many permanently active chunks can make that worse.

Fast travel into unexplored areas may also cause short spikes while new terrain generates. Pre-generating the area your group expects to use can reduce those interruptions, while sensible world borders stop exploration from expanding indefinitely.

Regular restarts and backups are worthwhile for long-running 1.7.10 packs. If performance begins to dip, measure it before removing mods or resetting chunks; the cause is often one machine network, farm, or area rather than the whole pack.
