Your Restart server, with the useful bits included.

Host your Restart server

Host Restart as a multiplayer server with CreeperHost and give your group a shared world for its reworked progression, sprawling automation, magic, and exploration—without leaving one player’s PC running all week.

  • Premium is our recommended range for this sizeable, long-running pack.
  • Home hosting can struggle as machines, storage networks, and explored terrain grow.
  • Casual hosts often leave you diagnosing lag with little useful data.
  • One-click installation gets the correct pack build in place quickly.
  • CreeperPanel makes everyday mod, config, world, and player management straightforward.

Restart at a Glance

Restart is a 135-mod Forge pack for Minecraft 1.10.2. Its altered tech tree encourages players to rethink the usual modded route rather than sprinting through familiar recipes and machines.

The pack crosses several play styles. Thermal Expansion, Immersive Engineering, Refined Storage, XNet, and Draconic Evolution support increasingly ambitious engineering, while Astral Sorcery, Blood Magic, and Psi open different magical paths. Biome Bundle and OpenTerrainGenerator give exploration a larger role, with building and farming options rounding out a world designed to last.

Our one-click installer handles the initial pack setup, so you can spend less time matching an older Forge build and more time deciding who gets first claim on the workshop.

Hosting Considerations for Restart

Restart is not enormous by modern pack standards, but its mix of world generation, automation, storage, and magic can still become demanding. Premium is the sensible starting point for most groups, particularly if several players build separate bases or keep machinery running continuously.

Growing Worlds and Busy Bases

Exploring new terrain commonly causes short bursts of extra server work, especially with customised world generation. Fast travel in several directions at once can make those bursts more noticeable. Once settled, large processing lines, item transport systems, storage networks, farms, and loaded chunks tend to become the bigger concern.

Good base design helps. Avoid leaving unnecessary machines cycling, keep item movement under control, and be selective about chunks that remain active while nobody is nearby. Restart rewards automation, but thousands of loose items are still a terrible engineering plan.

Legacy Pack Care

Because Restart uses Minecraft 1.10.2 and an older Forge release, keep every player on the same pack version as the server. Adding newer mod files simply because their names look familiar can cause dependency or world-loading failures.

Take a backup before changing mods, recipes, or world-generation settings. If performance begins to slide, CreeperPanel’s diagnostic tools can help identify slow dimensions, entities, or ticking systems rather than forcing you to dismantle half the base on suspicion.

Why Run Restart with CreeperHost?

Our hybrid VPS platform delivers the strong CPU performance modded Minecraft needs as automation expands and the world ages. It runs on modern Ryzen, EPYC, and Intel Ultra hardware tuned around real game-server behaviour.

On eligible Premium and Pro services, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain what it finds, and prepare safe next steps for your approval. When the problem gets stranger than a clogged transport line, our support team brings more than 13 years of modded hosting experience to the investigation.

Got questions?

Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.

CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.

Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
