Your DexiCraft server, with the useful bits included.
Host your DexiCraft server
Host DexiCraft as a multiplayer server with CreeperHost and give your group an always-on world for shared farms, sprawling machines, magical projects, and the occasional ill-advised experiment.
Why host DexiCraft on CreeperHost?
- Install the pack in one click and update it without overwriting your config changes.
- Home PCs can bog down as farms, machines, and storage networks expand.
- Casual hosting often struggles when exploration and busy bases happen together.
- Premium is our recommended range for established, long-running worlds.
- Keep the server online even when its usual host is asleep or away.
DexiCraft at a Glance
DexiCraft is a 97-mod Minecraft 1.7.10 Forge pack mixing agriculture, automation, magic, exploration, and tougher survival elements. It works particularly well for groups whose players enjoy different jobs without being pushed down one progression route.
Pam’s HarvestCraft, Forestry, and Magical Crops give keen farmers plenty to grow. Applied Energistics 2, Ender IO, Thermal Expansion, and Immersive Engineering support increasingly elaborate processing and storage. Thaumcraft brings magical research into the mix, while additional creatures and survival changes keep journeys beyond the base from becoming an afterthought.
That breadth gives a multiplayer world room to develop: one player can manage food while somebody else wires a factory, builds storage, or disappears into magical research for several evenings.
Hosting Considerations for DexiCraft
DexiCraft is not enormous by modern modpack standards, but established worlds can become demanding. The main pressure commonly comes from what players build rather than the initial mod count.
Automated farms, item pipes, storage networks, machinery, and large numbers of animals or hostile mobs all add work to each server tick. Chunk loaders can magnify that effect by keeping busy areas active when nobody is nearby. Sensible limits and occasional base housekeeping go much further than simply throwing more memory at the problem.
Exploration can also cause short bursts of extra work while the server creates new terrain. If several players head in different directions while others operate developed bases, strong CPU performance matters. Memory remains important, but it cannot compensate for a server thread delayed by an oversized automation setup.
For a small group starting fresh, requirements may be fairly modest. Premium is the better starting point when you expect regular players, ambitious factories, extensive exploration, or a world intended to run for months. Keep backups before pack or configuration changes, and make sure everyone uses the same DexiCraft release as the server; older 1.7.10 mod stacks are not fond of mismatched files.
Why Run DexiCraft with CreeperHost?
Our Hybrid VPS platform gives modded Minecraft the native CPU performance it needs when bases become busy. CreeperPanel’s built-in diagnostics help identify lagging dimensions, entities, and ticking blocks instead of leaving you to guess.
On eligible Premium services, Ask Theo can inspect the current server and panel state, explain what it finds, and prepare safe next steps for your approval. When a legacy mod interaction gets properly strange, our team brings more than 13 years of experience hosting modded communities to the conversation.
Got questions?
Yes. CreeperHost modpack pages link into ordering with the selected pack ready to install. You can also change versions or pick another supported pack later from CreeperPanel.
CreeperPanel is built around real modded servers, including update paths that aim to preserve user configuration changes where supported instead of treating every update like a fresh install.
Eco can work for lighter packs, but Premium is the recommended CreeperHost range for modded Minecraft. Premium gives stronger hardware, Turbo Start, Bonus Memory, and Ask Theo where enabled.
